Great scope, good reticle h59 - Leupold Mark 6 3-18x44mm First Focal Rifle Scope

Overall, this scope is fantastic. It is light and compact, and offers amazing clarity. The reticle is good for long range but not great. The amount of lines and the location of the reference numbers make it easy to get lost when trying to engage targets quickly. I am used to the Vortex EBR-2 Reticle and will need some time to get used to this one. The elevation turret is great (although it will seldom be used). It locks at the zero setting and then remains unlocked, once it has been moved off of zero.

I used a Geissele mount for my AR, and needed the "hyper extended" version for proper eye relief. (I prefer a compact, nose on charging handle position)
