Most Helpful Positive Review Love this scope
I love this scope. I put it on my new Armalite 6.8. The glass is crystal clear with true to life colors. The adjustments are simple and quick. It's a real tack driver. I own other Leupolds but this one of my new favorite. Pros: Very clear glass Cons: Nothing

Leupold scopes are great I've always liked and recommended Leupold scopes they're good quality can have fantastic clarity. I've never had a problem with any of their scopes you can zoom in on your charger and bring it right up front. I think anyone would be quite happy with this product and the quality that they have

Leupold AR

I bought this cope and have not put more than 50 rounds through the rifle but it holds true. It is the best scope I have owned. Also I like the warranty if it ever does fail. I encourage you to get one and if it is for a different caliber than the standard .223 Leupold will customize the markings for you if you provide the type of ammo you are using.

Mark AR Scope

I have had many scopes on several different rifles in the past. This by far is the nicest scope i have used on any of my AR platforms. The optics are clear and i love the recital.I mounted it with the Leupold one piece base and the fit was excellent. I would recommend this scope to anyone...

Awesome scope

I mounted this scope on my AR15 and it is the perfect match. Very clear optics and the turrets already match a 223 with a 55 gr bullet. Took it to Wyoming on a prairie dog shoot last week and it performed perfectly.

Leupold AR 4x12x40 Scope

Absolutely love the Leupold AR 4x12x40 scope, that I recently purchased from OpticsPlanet! It is easy to sight, and is definitely more scope than I need. The clarity on this one inch scope is excellent! I have done business with OpticsPlanet on many occasions, and have yet to be disappointed.

Great glass

Can't go wrong with a leupold. Scope is great for my AR build and has more than enough magnification and clarity to get me out there. Dials are great as well. For the money you can't beat all the features you get with leupold. I'm a firm believer in spending a little extra to get quality glass.

Best Leupold yet

This is my 4th Leupold scope in the last 3 years. I have a 3-10, two 4-12 and now this 4-12x40 with a mil d0t reticle. Second focal plane reticle with parallaz adjustment (on the objective lense). Eye focus is crisp and there is a locking ring to keep it in place. As with all Leupolds, the magnification ring is easy to operate and the 1/2 power is almost exactly at 6. Eye relief is great. I fooled around with cheaper scopes for the mil dot reticle but after wasting ammo trying to get them to hold zero I returned to Leupold and glad I did.

  • Mill-dot reticle, accurate dials, high magnification
  • Parallax adjystment
  • eye relief of 3.5"
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • accuracy at distance
  • easy windage adjustments with mil dot

Leupold Mark AR MOD 1 4-12x40mm

What a great combination! ordering an always fine scope from Leupold from a great company like Optics Planet. Totally satisfied with both! I own many Leupold scopes and never even consider another brand. I have them on rifles from .22LR to .375H&H Magnum. This will go on a .458 Socom. I always use Optics Planet for their great prices and service.*****

It's a Leupold....

This optic is great, exactly what you would expect from Leupold. This was my first above budget optic and the difference blew me away. I've been missing out for years. The glass is crystal clear and light transmission is excellent. The knobs and dials are tight but not difficult to operate. Couldn't recommend this more highly.

This scope is clear and crisp. Adjustments dials are sharp, quick and easy with the P5 dial. A very rugged scope built for the AR platform. All the features are as advertised. A better scope than I thought it would be in its price range. It is made in the USA which is good for our country.
