Lightweight great but blurry edges - Leupold VX-2 3-9x33mm Ultralight Rifle Scope

I bought this scope because it is for my lightweight gun and it fits that need. However, I want to warn everyone if you are hoping for a crisp edge to edge image you are not going to get it with this scope. The edges are particularly bad at low power. I don't know if this is an aspect of the optics having a small objective lens or just leupy doing what they can to make the scope affordable. I would of paid more for better edge to edge quality and I am not usually that picky. I have an old bushy fullfield II that has much better edges so it's not like I'm comparing it to a nightforce or u.s. optics. I also got the LR reticle and I think it would be better served with graduated hash lines rather then dots for more precision.
