My favorite - Leupold VX-III 3.5-10x40mm Rifle Scope 61545

Comparing this with comparable offerings from Burris, Zeiss, and Nikon, the Leupold provides the best bang for the buck. Coatings provide light gathering capabilities of scopes costing $200 - $300 more, and the Leupold is as rugged as they come. At 3.5 to 10x, this scope meets my needs for all hunting situations from 50 meters to 500 meters.

A final note: Both Optics Planet and Leupold provide great customer service.
Pros: Excellent optics for the price
Cons: 30mm tube would be a slight improvement
