Most Helpful Negative Review Poor workmen ship
Yes the image is clear but the side focus, parallax adjustment, does not work. Click adjustment is anywhere from 0.5 per click to 0.25 per click. Very unstable for any type of shooting. Leupold Vx-3 hd cds with crosshairs and fire dot.

Just like the other Leupold scopes I have crystal clear with nice sharp images. Sighted it in easily, shooting half inch groups at 100 yards with my 6.5 Creedmoor. Will buy the same scope again.

VX-3HD 4.5-14x50mm Rifle Scope

Best Firedot scope for the money.
Twilight Hunter Firedot reticle is great for old eyes. Broad crosshair segments are relatively thick.
I'm using it on a .22LR target rifle. Typical ranges are 50 to 100 yards. Sometimes beyond.
Really pleased with it.

Perfection

Bought this scope for a new gun to be used on an elk hunt. Just got home from a successful harvest of a nice 5x5. This scope was awesome!! I ranged the bull at 325, turned my custom turret to 325 and that firedot settled perfectly behind his shoulder and hit right where I was among. I couldn’t be happier. Scope performed flawlessly!

Leupold VX-3HD 4.5-14 x50 mm

I purchased two of these with the fire dot duplex,Excellent Leupold scopes they work flawless, the red dot is great for early and late afternoon hunts, adjustment work excellent.Can not beat Leupolds Warranty,for the money it's worth every penny. I also own many Leupold scopes VX6HD,5HD,VXR,Some have side focus that works excellent,This scope doesn't have side focus,so therefor in the previous review of one star, (can't be true) because there is NO side focus on this scope.
