I made the choice to get the VX-3L for my Mossberg MVP Patrol .308 rifle. The low profile and the clarity is awesome. I've gotten it zeroed, and I'm waiting on Leupold to send me the custom dial for the ammo. That part is FREE! Also, I checked several places around town and online, and opticsplanet.com had the lowest price I could find.
