VX6 2-12x42, GREAT SCOPE
Great scope. Low light view matches more expensive Swarovski and Schmidt/Bender scopes that came on other rifles I currently have. Free CDS long range ballistic system as well. Leupold warranty is legendary if needed. Although, I have 30 year old VX scopes that are still dead on. Even though they don't look so great.
I gave value a 4 only because some of Leupold's less expensive scopes are nearly as good in most conditions. This one is special.

Leupold VX-6 2-12x42 Non-Illuminated Rifle Scope
Hunted with this scope for the first time last weekend. Great "Bang for the Buck". Performance is what I have received from European scopes that cost a great deal more. Good in low light conditions. Easy to pick up your target. Crystal clear images. Well done Leupold!!

Fantastic scope
I purchased this scope for a 6.8 I used this hunting season. Superior low light capabilities - was able to get a pig at 175 yards after sunset. I was very impressed with the clarity. I got the duplex reticle which is fantastic for hunting. The scope has great constant eye relief so there is no shifting around to get a good sight picture when you change magnification settings. The free CDS dial came from Leupold in a few weeks and is accurate at extended distances. Cant go wrong with a VX-6.

Great scope
I mounted this on a browning x bolt, 300 win mag. 2 shots to sight it in. Adjustments are super precise and glass is clear. High quality scope and like the duplex crosshair. Heavier than a vx 3 but solidly built. Best scope I have ever bought.

VX-6 2-12x42
Awesome clarity! This model IMO includes a duplex reticle that is a little 'bolder' than the VX-3 duplex and like the VX-6 much better. A consistent long eye relief makes mounting a snap. Great glass and wide power range, it is difficult to imagine a better hunting scope.

LEUPOLD VX-6
Quality scope, as far as I am concerned it is as good or better than scopes costing much more. I once needed a repair on a Leupold scope they just had me mail it to them , no charge for repair or replacement.

Best Leupold yet!
Had another mfrs scope with a 50mm objective on my 30-06 and was not satisfied with the eye relief or the light gathering capability of the optics. I replaced it with this scope. The difference is like night and day. Go to a sporting goods store and ask to see a few different scopes. Throw a Leupold VX-6 up to your eye and experience the difference for yourself! The eye relief is amazing and the light gathering in low light is remarkable. I'm absolutely sold on this scope!
