Golden Ring Delivers Again

Overall a pretty great optic for the price.

VX-Freedom line seems to offer solid quality at a very reasonable price.

I wanted to try the new Rimfire Precision competitions I have been reading about so I picked up a used 10/22 and after swapping the stock for the Magpul one, went looking for a decent optic that wouldn't cost more than the rifle setup.

I really like the Rimfire MOA reticle. I have shot 2 local "competitions" with this setup and so far it does everything I need.

I would be willing to pay a bit more for a "Firedot" model so hopefully that is something Leupold adds down the road, whether it is in the VX-Freedom Line or VX3i line

Great scope for the price. Arrived very quick and in good condition. Put it on a 7mm mag within few shots lined up and ready to go.Would purchase again. Looking forward to hunting season. highly recomend

Adequate optic

For the cost I thought it would be better. Perhaps this is just because its in the lower price range. I'm not sure. This is my 2nd Leupold and I want to love them but I don't. They are adequate.

Basic 3x9 so easy to adjust! Incredibly clear optic! Fits this .17 WSM like a glove! Perfect combination!

VX-Freedom 3-9x40mm Rifle Scope

I have many Leupold scopes on my rifles, shotguns and muzzleloaders, but this is my first VX-Freedom. I have never had any issues with them. Optics Planet ships in appropriate packaging and it arrived ahead of schedule. No complaints.

leupold vx-freedom 3-9x40

This an awesome scope i got the hunt-plex reticle and really like it. I just ordered a second one to put on my Marlin model 60. I will be buying 1 more for my 30-06 hunting rifle and will recommend these to anyone looking for a new scope.

Nice little scope for my .17 HMR

Got this scope, along with Leupold picatinny 1" scope rings, EGW picatinny scope base, and Leupold 2.5" sunshade for my Savage A17. Waited a while to post this review to make sure this scope and the Leupold name brand is as good as people say. The answer is definitely yes. Crystal clear optics within the full range of magnification; highly visible crosshairs in most lighting conditions. Seems rugged, solid, holds up well under normal hunting field conditions. No issues with fog, moisture, pretty lightweight. If you like simple (easy to use) non-illuminated high quality, scopes, then I recommend you consider this one.
