I have looked at this scope for a few year before I decided to purchase it. With that being said I couldn't be happier than I am right now. I put this scope on a Marlin lever action to hunt with in the dense woods in NC. This Scout scope is perfect for any lever action or gun that would need to quickly acquire target location. The Fire Dot is what sold it for me, perfect for low light situations.
