The glass slides are of good quality, distortion free glass. Unfortunately, my initial order arrived in pieces due to poor packing. Customer service was great & sent me another box of 50 slides. The second box arrived in short order, and I opened the shipping carton only to find that their shipping dept. did the same stupid thing. Sitting on my desk right now is the shipping carton, with a mess of glass slides lining the bottom of the box. This all could have been avoided had the shipping clerk bothered to put a rubber band or some scotch tape around the little box containing the slides. This inexcusable action on the part of their shipping dept. will nix any chance of continued corporate, medical or educational institution business.
