intruction incomplete

waited 20 min to connect with tech support, then was disconnected. whats the 9volt pig tail for? what are the + - buttons for? why would I need to change the cylinder? If it should malfunction how would I enter through the Door?

Cons: to many # to push for entery

Love thus lock but would be nice to use less # to open door. Plus green lite doesn't come on till you turn the Handel
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Should only have to use 4 # to open
Would recommend: Yes
