The 9mm conversion barrel was exactly as described. Purchased this for the conversion of my Glock 27 and it fits flawlessly. The entire transaction through Optics Planet was smooth. The delivery was very quick.

Upon my first qualification with the new barrel in November 2022 I had no problems. I fired about 200 rounds through it with no problems. Upon my qualification today I had multiple misfeeds and jams. I do not trust unbranded Glock conversion barrels so it is worth it to me to buy the Lone Wolf ones as their stuff is flawless. It slipped right in and is a quality item. Fitment and materials are spot on. I just added an OEM 9mm mag and I have a more comfortable carry piece when needed. Price is much higher than generic ones but I know this brand is trustworthy and can be counted on in an emergency.

  • Finish and fitment are tops!
Cons:
  • Not cheap.
Best Used for:
  • Safe precise caliber conversion.

My second Lone Wolf Arms barrel. . .

. . .because I liked the first one I bought so much! I bought this 9mm conversion barrel after buying a stainless steel.357 conversion from Lone Wolf a few years ago-- now I have a single handgun (Glock 27) that shoots 3 calibers just by changing the barrel. NOTE: When I first got this barrel I noted a very dull, inconsistent finish inside the barrel, in contrast to the mirror-like finish on my other stainless Lone Wolf barrel-- this concerned me a little but I decided to shoot it anyway, putting 50 rounds of reloads through it. Upon cleaning it again, I noticed that the inside now had the mirror finish I was expecting. So, if you initially see a dull finish in the barrel, just know it'll get better with use. The finish on the exterior was perfect. I shot fifty rounds with perfect operation without having to change the ejector. Hope this helps. -- Rob

Money saver

Perfect fit for my G27. Fired 100 rounds with no problem. I also have a Lone Wolf Arms Conversion barrel for my G35, like them both. Now I can target train all day with much less expensive ammo. The only other thing I had to do was to buy 9mm mags.
