Lone Wolf Barrels
This was my fourth Lone Wolf Barrel, and Optics Planet was the only place I could find this particular one: for a Glock 41. Every Lone Wolf barrel I have purchased has fit better and shot better than factory Glock polygonal rifled barrels. For example, the threaded barrel I installed into my Glock 2...

Jam-o-matic
Received barrel, cleaned it and did a chamber check with a live round. Installed barrel in G41 and cycle checked numerous times. Lock up was good. So far everything was positive. Loaded two mags with my reloads ( Nosler 230gr TMJ). Went to range and every shot was a FTF. Happened with both ...

Great barrel
Had it for quite some time now and I haven’t had any problems out of it. Put it in a Glock 41 Gen 4 shoots just fine.

Actually dangerous
Lasted less than 100rnds of normal Winchester range ammo and failed. Literally cracked in half.
Pros:
- Makes you feel like you put a part on your Glock
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Dry firing and/or storing a suppressor when not in use

Glock 41 suppressed
Purchased this replacement barrel with a plan someday to shoot it suppressed. My first impression of the barrel is it works. I had no issues shooting. It's definitely more accurate than the stock barrel. I shot 100 rounds rapid fire with no feed or eject issues. I shot another 50 rounds for accuracy. I'm completely satisfied shooting this barrel un-suppressed. The next test is to shoot it suppressed.

A hard to find item
The threaded barrel for my Glock 41 took a couple of years to find, even Lone Wolf was "out-of-stock" for the past year.

Glock 41 Threaded Barrel
Works perfectly on any ammo. Runs smoothly. Didn't have any failure to feed or ejection problems either. Best purchase to date. Grab one now before they go out of stock again for months at a time. I waited for months for this barrel to come to my front doorstep. And when it did, I bought some silencer paste sold by Rugged Suppressor based out of Taylors SC. Rub that stuff on the base of your threads and the silencer aint fallen off. After 100 fired rounds, the silencer didn't ride off one bit. However, the silencer started to ride off after 176 rounds. Pay attention to that stuff.
Pros:
- Inexpensive and easy mounting
- Takes all types of ammo(steel and brass)
Cons:
- goes oit of stock quickly

Easy to find
I've been on Lone Wolf's web sight waiting list for the past 6 months and they have yet to have the threaded barrel for my Glock 41. I was amazed to find it available on the sight, and available at less that retail. Great deal and fast shgipping.
Pros:
- available now
Cons:
- no wait list
Best Used for:
- my suppressed Glock 41

No problems
Barrel functions flawlessly. I didn't change my G41 spring, I didn't even add a break at the end. Ran through blazer casings out of a NEW g41 with only 1 failure to feed and I'm not entirely sure it's not the mag's fault or mine for limp wristing it. Super accurate, this put on a glock pistol brace had this glock shooting x's all day long at 50 yards with a red dot.

Will not feed any ammo
I have tried 4 different factory load and this barrel will not feed any of them. I swapped the standard Glock barrel back in and everything works flawlessly again. Don’t waste money on this item. Listen to the other reviews. This product should be recalled.

Failure to feed
When I received the barrel in the mail, I immediately installed it into my Glock 41. The barrel installs just as easy as the factory barrel does. However, once I tried to chamber a round, there was a failure to chamber. It wasn’t 50/50 or even 6 out of 10 etc. It failed to feed 100% of the time. I was using only Glock factory magazines and tried all 4 that I have. I wasn’t using hollow point ammunition either. I was using regular, 230gr fmj ball ammo, from 2 different manufacturers, all rounds failed to feed. When I hold the factory barrel next to the lonewolf barrel, I can see major differences between the feed ramps. The lonewolf feed ramp is very narrow in comparison. Also, the chamber looks a bit more narrow on the lonewolf. I ordered some polishing material and a dremel and some nylon bits off Amazon (still waiting for my packages) to create a mirror polish on both the feed ramp and the chamber. If it doesn’t help, or make any difference, I will have to contact lonewolf and send it back. Very disappointed it doesn’t work out of the box and needs this much work to function properly. Perhaps a KKM barrel would’ve been worth the extra $100 at this point.
