I have another AW barrel that I absolutely love. I was expecting a similar experience with this one.
AW likes to say that there specs are meticulous. That sounds great, but I'm not building a handgun into a sniper rifle. I need it to actually feed the ammunition I can buy. This has an arrow feed ramp, no chamfering on the sharp edges of the chamber, and the first round (FMJ) tends to lodge up against the top of the chamber for an FTF.
This is going to the shop to get polished and reamed. Hopefully, that makes it usable.
