Most Helpful Negative Review Not a drop in barrel. PERIOD.
Be prepared to either have this barrel fitted. The slide will get stuck in the back position, you can feel the grind leading up to the sieze. I performed some filing (wait until you see what's necessary) PLUS and this is a BIG PLUS! the ramp will need to be reshaped to accommodate the fatter round entering the chamber at that angle. Otherwise, it is FTF city! This barrel requires improvements before being sold to the public. Especially if intended for self defense. Optics Planet, I love you guys but please put this barrel in a 42 and see if you can fire off 1 magazine of 9x18's. Then I think y...

Less than expected

Barrel seems well-made with one exception. The throat is rough and finished with the black coating applied to the entire barrel. Obviously requires polishing or it will not feed reliably. Even the factory Glock barrel throat is far superior to Alpha Wolf products

the only 9mm mak that cycled for me was s&b fmj and the first and last round would always hang up on the feed ramp. I sent it in to lwd and it still would not cycle anything. Also, I was using factory magazines.

DUD, had to send back

Would not feed any rounds, recoil spring pops off of the ledge while racking! The ledge is cut way too shallow! Had to send back, hopefully they can fix it but I'm upset I have to wait WEEKS to have a barrel that maybe works.
