Clark's Review of Lone Wolf Arms Complete Glock Guide Rod Assembly
Used this in a P80 build and first time shooting ran into things associated with the spring being too heavy. Doesn't lock back on last round, failure to feed. Might just need to work it in, but it is very heavy duty. First 100 rounds were rough though and im going to try a 13lb spring or try to find an adjustable kit.

- too strong for my gun
