A great addition for the HD7 if you want a quick detach mounting solution. Pros: Only "Quick Detach" retro fit mounting kit for the HD7. Cons: Cost almost as much as the optic.

What a pain to get on...

This thing took me an hour to get on. A couple more hands might have made it easier. It's pretty expensive for what it is and hopefully it will work OK. At one point I seriously thought about just going with the stock mount. This thing is also pretty expensive for what it is...almost as much as the optic itself. I don't know if there is another QD option for the HD7 but I would recommend checking it out.

Lucid / ADM QD Kit

At over half the cost of the red dot sight itself this in no cheap upgrade to the HD7. But for those that absolutely need a QD mount for their HD7 it's really your only option. At least you can rest assured of its quality inherent in most ADM products.
