Dust cover inner receiver detent not cut correctly - Luth-AR Slick Side A1 Stripped Upper Receiver

As the title says. The CNC inner detent dust cover cut was not cut deep enough so the dust cover would not stay closed. I had to correct it myself. This mistake should have been caught at the factory during an inspection. No telling how many uppers got through like this.
