ultra compact without using a folder
These are awesome. I've used with 5.56 and 300blk. Started with the want for a compact 300blk sbr that'd fit in my vertex duffle without the need for a folder. A 5" barrel with this buffer system comes out to 18.5" collapsed. Loved it so much that i bought another for a different 300blk build (that I've also ran an 11.5 5.56 upper on as well). The magpul sl-m stocks are made for these buffer tubes. They're a perfect combination. Well worth $125 if you want a really compact rifle without wanting a folding adapter. These are just like the older cqb stocks that cmmg use to put on their 300 banshees. Only difference is that the lwrc uses a flat wire spring. Other than that, the 2 are identical in every way. They're both awesome, but cmmg doesn't make theirs anymore, sadly.
