Most Helpful Positive Review Success with sights on 3 notoriously difficult pistols
I’m a novice and wanted to upgrade sights on my collection. Not to save money (as this tool isn’t cheap), but to have some pride in workmanship and fun with it. All three were a breeze. I think the feature that makes this work better than others is the angle-matching pads that hold the slide in plac...

Most Helpful Negative Review Broke on it's First Day
I just got this sight pusher today and it's already broke on me. I was able to put some Glock 19 tru glow rear sights on with little to no issue and even removed the front sight of the Beretta APX Centurion without incident. However, after getting the new Trijicon HD front sight about 3/4s of the wa...

Great tool

by Edgar V, Verified Owner from TX, United States Written on June 7, 2025
Very nice hefty sight pusher. M&P front dovetail sights are even with this tool a challenge. Makes short work of Glock sights.
Pros:
  • Made in the US
Cons:
  • price
Best Used for:
  • Most pistol sights

Easy to use

by Solid piece of gear, from MD, United States Written on May 11, 2022
Very intuitive and well built. I’d recommend this to anyone. I’ve used it on a P320 and 1911 without issue. This is an absolute necessity for anyone with dovetail sights and wants to shoot straight.

Worth your money and time to learn it.

by Mark, from NC, United States Written on August 29, 2021
In short I like this tool, it’s worth the money and the time it takes to learn to use it.
I like a big fat orange front sight. If you’re like me and like to change out factory sights it is well worth your money. It’s light years easier than a hammer and punch
One caveat; When working with rear sights that extend to the rear of the slide, such as those on S&W M&P pistols, be mindful of where you engage the rear sight. Get it as close as you can to the dovetail, not the highest portion of the rear sight. The tool provides plenty of adjustment to achieve the correct position. I really struggled with the 1st sight, I had to use way too much pressure. At least my common sense finally kicked in. I removed the slide from the tool and noted the rear sight was cocked in the dovetail. Repositioning the unit as I stated above and the sight came right out.
