Lyman Alox bullet lube
How can one improve on a classic bullet lube? This stuff is one of my favorites for pistol bullets, and reduced-velocity rifle loads. (On the rifle-loads, I do use gas-check moulds, but wonder if that's even necessary as I keep velocity below 1500-fps)
This lube will 'flow' thruogh your 450-resizer/lubricator at room temps w/o the need for a base-heater.
Base-heaters with the 'newer', tough lubes have their place, for sure - but at the standard or even +P handgun velocities, I feel it's not essential or a necessary expense.
Oh yeah, love its 'aroma"
