Excellent mold, well designed, and pops out lead hollow points pretty quickly for a single cavity mold. Just takes a few pours to learn all the little dance moves and you will be on your way. I normally have to lower the temp on the melting pot a little bit just about every 25 pours or so and start over at high heat every time I refill. This steel mold and the hollow point set up seems a little more sensitive to the temp than my 6 cavity aluminum molds. So if you have a problem, first thing to do is start looking at different temp settings.

Hollow point mold
I’ve been using both Lee 6 cavity molds and an old Lyman, and have cast thousands of bullets with then. This is my first hollow point though, and I should’ve got one a long time ago! There is a Learning curve, but once I adjusted they ask come out perfect. Only gripe is shipping time. It was ordered mid December and didn’t arrive till March 12
