Probably better options out there.
I ordered this knowing the fore end likely wouldn't fit the Ruger 10/22 Takedown Lite I have. Although the rails would have been nice, I needed to use the stock fore end because the Lite's barrel does not fit. That being said I mainly ordered it because I wanted the magazine storage in the butt. I think the magpul backpacker version would have been a better option. The adjustment on the sliding stock is loose and makes the whole thing feel cheap. It is nice and light, but combined with the play in the sliding stock, it makes it feel light and cheap.

The rear of the stock fit just fine. One screw and it was installed in a jiffy. The front fore-end is a joke. I purchased a volquartsen bull barrel and this fore-end will not fit the rifle. I removed the insert and the barrel will not go into the fore-end. There is a 3/4 inch gap and it will not seat properly. I even spent an hour with my dremel tool and could not remove enough material to get the fore-end to seat. Glad I kept the volquartsen fore-end. Oh well, sometimes you win, sometimes you loose. Love the adjustable rear part of the stock though. Works great.

Tactical 22
I took my 10/22 rifle and turned into a tactical look. The stock is great with pistol grip, the rifle looks more than a 22 caliber now. Ready for action! The delivery on this product was fast and packaged well.
