Tolerance issues
Finally got all my stuff ordered to get reloading, there us so much! The lyman all merica' 8 is a great concept. All types of dies I haves used in it all index well including dillon, redding, RCBS,and Lee. I Two complaints. When decapping primers, most miss the catch can. Primer system needs work and so does the head, it tips under pressure. Primers sometimes flip upside down, and the primer bar does not line up with the frame well. You kind of have to tip it to get it out from under the drop tube. I highly suggest you purchase the lyman shell holder set. They fit perfect in the machine. Hornady holders suck, throw them away! Lee holders seem to fit fine but just a tad loose

Solid product, great value..case lube came leaking..
I couldn’t find any info on the mounting machine screws anywhere.. or I didn’t look hard enough..But, the 3 mounting screws are 7/16” size… I don’t know if it was common knowledge but yea.. 7/16” are a specialty machine screw at your big box store. (The workers said those didn’t exist…) I’m pretty sure smaller 3/8” screws will work or if it’s safe? I don’t know… Anyways, 7/16” size machine screws and the drill bit doesn’t come in the common drill bit pack so you’ll need to get it separately if you want to mount this Lyman AA8 and get a tight and exact fit. Great product just wanted to add the mounting screw sizes.
