Lyman Universal Case Trimmer w/ carbide cutter
Have only used .308 on this cutter thus far, but cases clip in and lock easily,once the appropriate case length is found and locked you can cut cases to the right length in seconds. Easy to use, clean, and is consistent, great for the price.

Seems like a quality item
Seems like a quality item, have not yet used it, but for the price it is worth it. Bought this to trim 308 cases. I will probably mount this to my loading table as some folks say it is not stable if not mounted.
Pros:

- Has all of pilots
- carbide, no need to replace
- price was low
- can upgrade to the drill attachment

Lyman Universal Case Trimmer w/ Carbide Cutter & 9 Pilot
I bought this to replace my other trimmer which uses shellholders to secure the case. I really appreciate how Lyman's trimmer uses a universal chuckholder that saves me time, money, and clutter. The carbide cutter makes the trimming much smoother.
The only issue I have with the design is that it uses a plastic ball as a detent to hold the trimming position. Time will tell to see how durable this will be. For now, it is 5 stars.
