Not so great mounting system - Magnetospeed T1000 Target Hit Indicator

So this thing works great when its stuck to the target. its been hit a few times in the polymer reflector with no problems at all. extremely easy to see at 1000+ yards. problem was the velcro backing. a direct hit on the target on the opposite side of the velcro caused the velcro to detach from the target sending the light flying away. I managed to find the light and it was still working with no problems what so ever. I cleaned the target and applied the extra mount and velcro to the target. It worked well the next few times I took it out. Then once again a direct hit over the velcro section caused it to detach from the target. This time the velcro stayed on the target and the red mounting plate detached from the velcro. Once again the hit indicator survived being thrown by the swinging target. So only 3 stars cause it sucks when you have to go down range to find your target hit indicator and everyone else on the range is getting mad cause its taking you forever.
