Good idea, somewhat weak for my use - Magpul Industries ASAP Ambidextrous Sling Attachment Point QD

This product is visually appealing, and fits well, but I broke one or two under harsh use. The AR rifle stock twisted and sheared off the little metal protrusion in the center, which aligns with the buffer tube/receiver extension threads. I like the idea, but the metal is too thin and also cracks easily for my use. I went with the Impact Weapons Components qd endplate instead, and it is noticeably thicker than the Magpul version. I have had no problems with that brand. I would not recommend this to a friend. Magpul makes a lot of good products, but not all of them are perfect. Hopefully, they will improve this product later.
