Very nice Magpul followera. Doing some mag rebuilds on USGI mags and these are great and the best part they are anti tilt. Cant go wrong with these.

I installed the Magpul AR Magazine Followers in a few of my old USGI aluminum mags chambered in .223 Rem/5.56, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The difference compared to the old mil-spec followers is night and day.

These drop right in and fit perfectly — no modification needed. They move smoothly inside the mag body and don’t tilt or bind up like the cheap original followers sometimes do. Feeding has been flawless since I swapped them in — no jams, no misfeeds, even with mixed ammo.

One thing I really like is the bright color (mine are the yellow ones) — it makes it easy to check if a mag is empty at a glance. The polymer feels tough and durable, just like everything else Magpul makes.

For the price, this is one of the easiest and cheapest upgrades you can make to breathe new life into old AR mags. If you’re still running standard green or black mil-spec followers, do yourself a favor and swap them out for these — you won’t regret it.

Brownell's 5.56mm USGI mags have one drawback. Great price but have the standard followers, not anti-tilt. These fit perfectly and ride within the magazines very smoothly eliminating potential of misfeeds while keeping feedline proper. Package of 3, definately worth the upgrade.

I heard about these watched a video on YouTube for installation and it was as easy as that and I haven’t had a single malfunction.

Tried this to solve the cycling issues wiht my .350 Legend, as others have said it worked for them. No change for me, but I'm sure others may have a different experience than me. My solution was a Lancer mage, worked great.

I had to file on some of the corners to make it work in a no name usgi mag. Mag has production date but thats it. They work great in all the other usgi mags i have put them in with no modifications necessary.

Installed these into old beater mil spec magazines that are dated 2003 and 05 They are better than new now. Worked on the green and black followers. I will try a tan follower model and update this post afterwards.

Does what magpul does best. Upgraded some old GI mags I was having feeding issues with and fixed the problem. 15 minute fix, and plenty of youtube videos on how to install if you need them.

Excellent upgrade for my usgi style magazines. Allows the ammunition to feed more smoothly.

This follower is an absolute must for any old GI magazine!! The old standard issue followers tilt and jam, where these magpul replacement followers make those old mags unstoppable!
