Most Helpful Positive Review The whole reason I went with an Mlock instead of keymod

This is a must have if you have a Surefire light. It holds the tape switch securely in place and looks good while doing it. It is not bulky and in the way like rail mounted ones. Magpul makes some of the best products on the market.

The plate does a bomb proof job of mounting Surefire ST-07 style of tape-on switches to a M-Lok rail. I will note the wire raises over the back screw and makes a bump where your palm will rest which isn’t comfortable for prolonged use if mounting at 3 or 9 o clock. Flipping the plate to route the wire toward the rifle barrel rectifies this but you lose the 2 inches or so of slack by doubling the wire back towards the rear.

This will keep your swich very close to your rail for the best snag free experience possible. I have used other tape switch holders that are much more expensive than this one thag are twice the size. This is one of the few times in the gun world that the cheaper product is better.
