Mike D's Review of Magpul Industries MBUS 3 Rear Rifle Sight
I have several of these. They aren't the most expensive, and not the cheapest, but they work! Magpul for the win. I like to mark the front sight with some fluorescent orange paint, since they are black. It helps me focus that much faster.
