Great product!
Well made and good quality. However, be aware if you intend to utilize this hand guard on a Mak-90 gun, it requires CAREFUL hand fitting, filing, cutting...and more of the same. Go slowly and test fit often; it is easy to remove too much and create a loose fit.
I had to hand-fit both the top guard (a bit too long in length)and the bottom as well. REMEMBER: take your time and you will have a near perfect fit resulting in a good, serviceable, replacement hand guard.
Also, the heat shield in the lower hand guard fits really tight to the gas block on a Mak-90. I eventually had to Dremel and remove the "dimples" from inside the heat shield to achieve a proper fit on the gas block.
The key to proper installation is to TEST FIT OFTEN - then continue with reduction of the polymer for a proper fit to the gun.
The order process was flawless and I am very happy with the product! Great service and quick shipping, too!
