Most Helpful Positive Review used for VR80
Was looking to swap out the stock on my VR80 and decided to try this. This fits perfect. It feels and works great. Perfect inexpensive replacement to original stock. Overall very nice fit and quality.

comfortable and easy install.

Fits my AR perfectly. 10x better than the stock that my rifle came with. Magpul is consistent with all their products. Since this is my first build I wanted to start with the best intro stock.

Will definitely upgrade for future builds but every first build should have this.

RIA VR-80 replaces factory buttstock

Works on a RIA VR-80 perfect, no modification necessary. Just pull the factory stock off and this fits right on. Adjustments are perfect and lock up is tight. Enjoy definitely recommend over the factory stock. Also it allows you to get a lower cheek weld so easier aiming.

It's Magpul

It is a good little stock and you get it for a good price I like the ctr's better but I'm getting it for my M10 545 so it'll do I wish there had more color options for commercial tubes. But what I absolutely hate about opticsplanet is DHL shipping. There Shipping sucks

typical Magpul quality

This is probably my fifth Magpul rifle stock and every one had been a solid, dependable product. Tight fitting with no rattles and the adjustment lever is solid. I have slammed my rifle into the ground butt first when going prone many times without any change in fit or function. Very quality product and highly recommended.

I like it for the price does the job at least

It’s not a bad stock for the price a bit smaller than what I thought also even with a carbine buffer tube the holes don’t fit as snug as I’d like but do set into place after shouldering it a few times or firing a shot

Fits my old bushmaster perfectly

If you have an old AR before they got popular you might have a commercial buffer tube. You can tell without measuring by removing the butt stock and if the end of the tube is slanted, it’s commercial spec. I’m planning on giving my Bushmaster to a family member and the old stock was loose and rattling. The MagPul stock, as with all their stuff, is sturdy and well made. The price is great too if you’re looking for something that is basic but works.

awesome product

It’s slid on the buffer tube made by Anderson manufacturing. I guess they build those anyways great fit. love the product would definitely recommend for an adjustable stock. The stock seems to be tough and rugged
