Pretty good
The little retainer nuts for the mounting screws fall out at will. Just keep this in mind while mounting or you'll be on an Easter egg hunt.
Pros: Fits good,perfect offset
Cons: Little retainer nuts
Magpul left hand rail light mount
For the most part Magpuls rail light mount is a great way to mount a tactical light onto a picatinny rail. My only issue is with the very fine threads that it uses to tighten the light. I would say to just tighten the screws just enough so the light will not rotate.
Pros:
- Looks good
Cons:
- The screws are very small and have a fine thread which can cause them to strip out.

Great light mount, but may not work with some flip-up sights
This is an awesome light mount. It can be used as a direct Scout mount, or the included rings can be used to secure any round-bodied light. The light is lifted high and forward to avoid shadows. It’s got some give, which makes it able to take a beating. Be aware that depending how you mount it, the arm may not have enough clearance on the side to operate the buttons on some BUIS. I would definitely buy again. When compared to other products, this is an adaptable, durable, low-cost mount.
Pros:
- durable
- Low cost
Cons:
- May not work with some BUIS
Best Used for:
- Home defense

Good light Mount
This mount works well. I used it to mount a flashlight to an AK. I have an Optimak, and this mount was the perfect solution. I mount seems to be sturdy, but it’s also light. That’s a good combo for a rifle.

Great Flashlight Mount
Rock solid. Ergonomics are good and your thumb is placed perfectly to activate tail switch. I have it on an AK-47 and there is plenty off offset to be able to use irons effectively. Price is Right too.

Great Mount
I like the way this mount moves the light forward of the rail, making it ideal for carbine length handguards on 14.5" or longer barrels, especially with FSB. Lightweight and rock solid, the positioning is ideal for end cap click operation. I use these on all my picatinny rails.
Pros:
- Lightweight
- Affordable
- Strong
Cons:
- None
