The stock cutout for the trigger assembly is too small and locks the trigger assembly in place. You need to loosen the stock to allow room to remove the trigger assembly every time you field strip / clean the shotgun. I called Magpul support to make sure I didn't receive a defective unit. Fits on 990 SPX

I was originally going to pick up a 940 SPX but then I saw the 990 SPX was announced at Shotshow, I had to get it instead especially since I could throw this stock on it. Haven’t shot it yet but it looks and feels amazing

Reduced LOP on my Mac 88. Easy to install. Sturdy, reduced recoil + looks sweet. Highly recommend.

SGA Magpul stock

Magpul SGA Dail In

My factory stock on my Mossberg 500 was always just too long and I could never really get it dialed in comfortably when shooting. I tried a different stock and same thing, could not get it dialed in. I just mounted Magpul’s SGA shotgun stock, WOW!
It has never felt better! The adjustability of the stock made it happen! I would recommend this to anybody owning a Mossberg 500 or other models that are compatible with the Magpul SGA stock. Happy Shooting! ��

Magpul 500 Mossberg shotgun stock

The ability to make adjustments on the length of pull is great. Quick installation, and I love how it feels in your hand. Replacing a Hogue stock that I've had on for about 6 years and not regretting the upgrade.

Went through several ATI pistol stocks but always compromised. Decided to try this and it solved all my gripes. Better length of pull, better alignment with sights, solid stock. Save your money and get this first.
