I carry Appendix so this may vary on your carry style. I bought this belt about a month ago for carry and I've only wore it for 4 days. The belt is comfortable but mine isn't 1 1/4", I measured it and it's only 1 1/8". The belt for me at least is too thin, as I walked around my holster and mag holder shift around and I'm constantly having to adjust it in public. That's a major no go for anyone. Sadly I haven't returned it due to optics planet return policy. only reason I gave it two stars is again it was comfortable but also the quality does seem to be very good minus the incorrect sizing of course.
