Most Helpful Positive Review Magpul best belt ever
Great belt for OWB and IWB. The leather is stiff and holds up well with the wait of EDC equipment.Very comfortable as well for daily carry and quality made. Opticsplanet had the best price I could find on the internet with free shipping. As always with opticsplanet shipping was super fast and the belt arrived as described. I like this belt so much I plan to buy the other two colors it comes in. great belt, shipped with blem

The Tejas Series El Original Leather Gun Belt is a great gun belt. Unfortunately, Planet optics shipped it to me with a blem. There was a chunk half the size of a dime where the finished surface of the leather was scuffed off. I kept the belt as it was on the back and not readily noticeable, however this is a high end belt and a little better inspection before shipping would have made me a happier customer.

Magpul Gun Belt

I've been wearing this belt for about a month now and I'm really liking it. It's very rigid and sturdy and helps distribute the weight evenly across your waist. I typically carry a 1911 IWB (inside the waistband) and an extra mag. Before I had this belt it would get pretty uncomfortable after about 2-3 hours. With the Magpul belt it stays comfortable all day. As far as fitting goes, I'm a 32 waist size, and I bought the 34 inch belt and it fits perfectly. Only issue I've had is that due to the thickness of the belt after running it through the belt buckle, it can be a little tight on running through standard belt loops.
Pros:
  • Weight distribution, sturdy, classy looks.
Cons:

Best Used for:
  • Every Day Carry

Stiffest belt I have ever owned

I tend to carry full sized 2011's (double stack 1911's). They are heavy, and even thick off-the-shelf belts will sag. Not this belt. High quality is always what you get from Magpul and this does not disappoint.
