They're ok... but a few bucks more gets you a Radian Weapons Talon (which is FAR superior). The action is pretty clean, but very tight/stiff (maybe this will soften up with use?) I typically love Magpul, but don't care for their saftey selector

I like a comfortable safety. It feels like it was made to fit my fingers,multiple configurations a big plus.I like the choice of indicators too.put this on my latest build very happy with its function.

didnt line up correctly

Love magpul products however this safety selector didn’t work with my mp-15 22 , didn’t line up correctly and all the plastic red/black identifier pegs broke when trying to snap them in. Have used many safety selector’s before never an issue. I wouldn’t recommend this for an mp-15 22. Giving the benefit of the doubt it was the design of the 22 , have never tried on an actual platform , as I love the Odin works ambi safety selector.

Quality with one caveat

These work well, and look well with just a small gap between the levers and the lower. No slop when flipping the levers or when stationary but they are not tight against the lower. So if you are OCD then these are not for you.

Big fan of Magpul and Optic Planet

This is my first time using a 60-degree throw, and I’m really glad I made the upgrade—it’s smooth, intuitive, and enhances the overall handling. nice ambi safety selector, no screws

I like ambi safety selector switches. I have routinely used another brand, until recently. When I went to remove one of the other brand switches to install a different trigger, the Allen head retaining screw heads striped out. I guess you can use too much blue locktite. The Magpul ESK does not use retaining screws. The plastic selector levers fit over the ends of the steel selector barrel and are held in place with plastic pins, which can be removed with a small punch. I like this concept, although time will tell if the plastic pieces hold up. Very easy to install and remove. I've only been to the range once since installing the ESK, but it worked flawlessly. The throw is very smooth. I would recommend this item to a friend. I would have rated this a 5, but I'm a bit concerned about longevity of the plastic pieces. So far, so good.

Magpul Industries ESK Safety Selector

Works well and is definitely Magpul quality. You really can't go wrong with this one. The selector does not sit flush with the receiver and is noticeably proud. This however doesn't seem to affect anything and it does lock into place without any movement.

My go-to safety.

Definitely my favorite safety on the market, primarily because of the scalloped lever that comes with it. The scalloped lever is great for the trigger finger side of your rifle, since it’ll slip right underneath your finger when activating the safety with your finger still off the trigger. It isn’t over-engineered or styled like some safeties on the market. Wish it was about 25% cheaper, but such is life.

Excellent Ambi Switch

I put ambi switches on every AR I have. I love the Magpul one because I particularly like the red indicator that you can use to immediately visualize the positions of your switch. Also, it’s extremely crisp and very snappy. Super easy install. I highly recommend this ambi switch..
