Most Helpful Positive Review Functional, Solid and very Handy
This is an excellent product. It is stable and rugged. I have several of them now and I haven't had any problems with any of them... and that's after a lot of heavy use. They've survived Afghanistan with no issues. The loop is large, but not so much that it gets in the way, so it will accomodate even fat sling clips. It works quite well with the Magpul MS3 clips, which is what I prefer. You can use other styles of metal retention clip, and it won't be an issue. My only hangup is that the finish is a little rough, and when taken apart, just looks and feels like cheap cast metal (because ...

Magpul RSA Sling Mount

It's Magpul you can't go wrong with Magpul. It's snug to the rail extending out either side, your choice, enough to clear the paraclip hook or any other hook for a sling. Very nice size and shape.
