Not worth the price
I bought this one and the one for the 9mm. Sure, they make loading a lot easier than doing it manually, but the pumps get stuck quite a bit. It takes some time to get used to. It’s a neat device, but DEFINITELY not worth $245, which is why I gave it only two stars. $100 would be an ideal price.

As I get older, it was becoming harder to hand load. This product makes it so much easier to load my 30 round AR-15 clips.

Works great but...
I love it. Works great. Only issue I have with it, you can't just dump a box of ammo and it feeds. The rounds have to be laying down flat or they jam and you have to fight to pull them out. Once you figure it out, this thing is nice.
Pros:
- works once you figure it out
Cons:
- have to figure it out
Best Used for:
- getting ready for range day

Gets stuck, breaks magazines
Should be simple to use, right? Well you use the lever and not sure if rounds are going in or not. Sometimes a few rounds go into the magazine, then the lever becomes stuck or very tight, then you realize it has tried to cram 3 rounds side by side into the mag, creating small cracks on the top of the magazine shell. Broke one mag because of this product. Never again.

Well worth the money.
Great product if you are looking to load mags at the range or home this the way to go. 27 years experience. well worth the money. I had no problems but 5.56 Rounds probably one of the best tools I’ve had so far..
