PSL 54r Rifle
This mount does fit the PSL 54R Romanian rifle. Well worth the money. I spent 200$ on a different mount on another website and it did not fit or work at all with my rifle. This is the only one I found that has fit, and was in stock for a decent price. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade there Psl or Svd rifles.
WILL FIT THE PSL!
I saw a lot of people saying that this prodcut does and does not fit the PSL. It fit my PSL, but I did have to give it some good hits wth a rubber mallet. Hope this helps.

I have the Romanian 762x54. I had to play with a little for it to seat but I’m delighted with my purchase

No adjustment
I put this on an AK mastermount and it fit Loosely back and forth and rotation. I don't see any way to adjust it there's a screw in the bottom but if you start cranking on it you're going to score or scratch your mount. It seems to be overly heavy with a lot more mass than needed. It might fit your gun but it didn't work on mine.

FAB Defense SVD mount
Mounted strait to my NDM-86, was a bit snug fit. But goes smoothly on and off after a few times of removing it. Lines directly with the bore for modern optic choices. It is a bit on the bulky side, other than that no issues
