Edemo mount bought from OP off of GB.
So i read the previous reviews. I think what people do not understand is, the screws have to be completely removed to put the mount on. Once i did this, the mount went right on nice and tight and is solid as a rock. I slowly tightened the screws in an x pattern. Happy with the mount on my ap5.

MP5 optics mount
excellent product it held fast even worked on my HK 91 with a little modification. You can’t beat the price for a Mount that holds as tight as this does you’d have to spend $150 or more.

Does not fit G3
I know this item clearly states "MP5" but most of the HK line tend to be interchangeable. Especially the accessories between MP5 and G3. This is a quality item and well built. I highly recommend it for MP5 users. However if you are buying it in hopes that it will fit the G3, it does not.

This claw is tight. Rubber mallet helped. Definitely fit my HK MP5 22 LR clone. Mounted red dot zeroed

Will not fit properly
I have tried this on Zenith and POF MP5 pistol, and both times it will not fit either of the weapons without some rework of the rail mount. At this time I have not tried to rework where it sit onto the saddle of the weapon. I have email the manufacture on several occasion with no reply to solve this problem. There various ways I can solve this problem with a little filing of the sides of the rail to fit over the rear of the weapon where the weapon hits the sides of the rail mount. Stand by for further detail.
