Triangle reticle is offset, meprolight customer service doesnt respond to emails. - Meprolight M21 Self-Powered Day & Night Reflex Sight w/ Dust Covers

Bought this sight to go with my X95 seeing as they really are meant for each other. Got it mounted on and took it to the range. That's when I realized that the triangle reticle is all the way at the top of the glass and the only way to see it is to rest my cheek bone almost to the ejection port cover, if I install my Aimpoint magnifier I am able to adjust the reticle to the center(enough) using the offsets builtin to the magnifier. Optics planet customer service was great I emailed them and within 48 hours I had a response saying if its been less than 30 days I can send it back, unfortunately being military I was deployed before I could deal with it. So I tried emailing MEPRO to see what they can do to help, then I tried again... and again... and nothing out of the 5 emails I sent I got no responses, and the 3 phone calls made no one even answered the phone. I will never purchase a Meprolight product again. Looks like my X95 is going to get an eotech.
