These are meant to be used with the manticore arms transformer handguard. The handguard is configurable to swap out sections with either panels or mlok / keymod slots. This is why it doesn't come with any hardware. You are supposed to use the existing hardware that is supplied when you buy the handguard. You can use them with any other handgurds, but you have to purchase the hardware yourself.

It didn't come with hardware nuts
It's pretty hard to review this product when it gets shipped out without all the parts.(missing nuts for the screws) so I would not recommend this product unless you like wasting your time and enjoy getting ripped off.
