Autistic ramblings ahead:
First lets talk about installation. No instructions included, so before you strip things, DO NOT TOUCH THE SCREWS BEHIND THE PORT COVER. the cover simply slides out once you lift the rear high enough to clear the stock. The rest of the installation is straight forward.
I'm fairly new at shooting suppressed, so I'm learning that starting a session with the silencer attached can be disappointing - until you take it off and see just how much work the can was doing. Same thing here- Suppressed, the Tavor is still gassy enough to sting the eyes, I think it's all coming out of the active ejection port. But taking the can off, I noticed a huge difference over stock. I never shot the Tavor suppressed before I put the gasketed cover on, but lots of unsuppressed shooting.
Overall, it's great! Knocked one star for my own expectations, but marketing leads one to believe it is great for suppressed shooting - it's not.

This works much better than the oem cover at keeping gas and gunk off of you. Especially if you suppress your tavor. Reduced the amount of gas I was getting significantly as there are still other places it gets out.

This port cover stops gas from coming out on the shooter's side (opposite the ejector port) that's closer on the X95 bullpup. Bonus is another mounting point for a push-button sling swivel. Easy install instructions in the IWI Tavor X95 operator's manual.

Super easy to install. Completely eliminates gas in your face. Looks good on the rifle. They changed the marks on it a little. The pics show a giant MA and dragon thing on it. The one i recieved had MA and USA in a smaller font which I prefer. Awesome!

I bought this for my Tavor X95 because I didn't like the plastic OEM cover. I gave it 5 stars because it does the intended job, and it is easy to install once you get the original off. I would like to see Manticore produce a version that is thinner and without the flush-cup.

THe Manticore port cover works!!! It was easy to install! Only basic hand tools are required to install the port cover. Approx 500 rounds through since it was installed with no issues. The X95 is way overgassed and was not enjoyable to shoot with all the fumes leaking from the port cover. But with the Manticore port cover it's a pleasure to shoot.

Replaced OEM cover plate on a Tavor X95 with the Manticore Arms gasketed cover plate. Installation was simple and quick. MA cover plate fit was good and it also provides an additional connection point for an QD swivel. Great price ans fast shipping from Optics Planet.
