Incomplete product

I was sent an incomplete product. Overnight replacement was not offered. I have been with incomplete product for over two weeks. I won’t be purchasing this company’s product anymore.
Pros:
  • Better then polymer.
Cons:
  • Only a fixed by two screws to the chassis.
Best Used for:
  • Show build.
