It was fun for 414 shots - waiting to see how warranty process is before recommending for purchase - Mantis Blackbeard the Auto-Resetting Trigger System for AR-15

This exceeded my expectations. I ordered the red laser model, received it yesterday and charged overnight. I got to use it today for several drill sessions.. I've not had more fun doing drills outside of actual range time. I had 414 shots of fun until there was a puff of smoke and then the unit started cycling non-stop to the point I had to drop the battery magazine. Support at Mantis has been great and responded quickly to my questions regarding charging and an issue with the micro-usb connection being obscured by the case. I'll have to say the longevity in my situation is very concerning and hoping that it was just a fluke.
