The watch is handsome. I opted for the 41mm. It’s a tall watch, which I personally like. It commands attention and gets many compliments every time I wear it. The case is a brushed stainless tank! The crown is chunky and the generous knurling makes it a breeze to set the time and wind. Screw down is solid. The aluminum bezel has a tactile clickety click feel. Lugs are appreciably drilled for easy strap swaps, which I do often. The face is deep and gives the watch a 3D feel. The tritium lumen is great. It’s not as bright as super luminova but it’s constant 24/7. After a few hours my Arnie’s lumen fades but the GSAR’s tritium just shines on my nightstand. It wears nicely on my 6 1/2 inch wrist. I got the metal bracelet with the marathon logo. The bracelet is nice. End links are solid and the pins have actual screws holding them in on either side. I immediately removed it though and replaced it with a nice tan leather strap from Marathon to dress it up a bit. I’m extremely happy with it and haven’t taken it off. It’ll get plenty of wrist time in my collection. If you’re looking for a solid, bold, quality tool watch, I recommend it.

This has become my favorite watch. My daily watch, it feels good on all occasions. As a sports watch, business casual, weekender etc. I thought it was going to be big but it really isn't and that's one of its attributes because it isn't overbearing. I have large hands and 8.5inch wrist, looks perfect. It's white watch face with red second hand makes it sporty but elegant. You can tell by the movement that this is not just any ordinary watch but a fine piece of machinery, a precision tool. At night time the radioactive glow marks are bright, specially if your eyes are dilated, this thing is visible from across the room at night, it's impressive. Yes, this is not a 10k Rolex but trust me I feel better wearing this thing, as it is purposed built for missions and durable. I prefer this watch with metal band.
