A Fixer Upper
This knife arrived dull and stiff with lots of hot spots. I spent a significant amount of time sharpening, loosening, and sanding this knife, and now I really like it. So, if you are looking for out-of-the-box precision, this knife is a "no." If you like to tinker or add value to your knives, it's a "yes." JfOH
