Poor craftsmanship and support - Mars Trigger PC9 FRT Trigger

I received the FRT Trigger for my Ruger 9mm PC charger. Installation was super easy. took the gun to the range and operated fantastically. However, the quality of the device is subpar and below standard. Why do I say this, there is an allen screw on the tub of the trigger that protrudes out 3/8 of an inch. also the trigger length is short within the trigger housing. When i activating fired the gun the FRT Trigger action tore up my trigger finger to the point of bleeding after two 15 round magazines. My issue is with Mars triggers... They are not supporting their product and not helping me resolve this issue. They told me to cut and grind the Alan screw. Why would I do this, I would never have the option of pulling the trigger apart for me and it's cleaning if I did that. It's a simple case of product support and sending me a new allen screw.
