Never want to be without
I have had a maxit balaclava for over 2 decades now. I can't believe they are hard to find anymore. This is a must have for the winter. I'm going to have to order another one just for back up.

Most Versatile Gator
As an all weather cyclist I've used Maxfit Headgators for many years and wouldn't consider any other brand. Just the right amount of elasticity to pull over your head, around your ears and mouth or to cover your neck, an excellent product.

Warmth
If one wants to keep there head and neck warm you better get a Head Gator. Keeps the wind from blowing thru.

I've had mine two decades too!
I just found my Maxit head gator, it was MIA for about a year, and I missed it dearly...So happy I found it again. On a whim I decided to see if they stil make them...I was amazed to see another reviewer say that he had his over two decades. I got mine about 20 years ago at a Air Force Academy football game and its awesome. If they use the same material it is superior to any other gator I have ever owned. It stretches beyond belief, yet maintains it original shape. If you are considering buying it, just do it it will be money well spent.
